It's never a good feeling to be sandwiched. Trying to please all, but don't think I can.

Losing Touch

I realise that ever since I started working... I've lost touch of a lot of important things & people in my life.

I miss the days when I can wake up and simply read book the entire day. When I feel tired, I can just go back to sleep for a little while more.

I miss my friends. Can't say much cos I myself am not making effort to ask you'all out.

Friday night... the only night that I can sleep without stress...and to pay all my sleep debts.

I hope I'm not too lost. Not too faraway to return back to where I was. Not too focused on things that are unimportant and lost sight of people who are more important...

Graduated

Graduated..finally!

I believe I haven't walked the wrong path. Or maybe I have...but He still has a way to turn things around. Be it jc or poly...there's a reason why I'd been there. Truly thankful.

I may not be great. I may not be popular. I may not be smart. I may not be likable. But I'm thankful that I finally got my cert; that I have a job; that I found my way home and am as blessed as before.

Anyways, congrats to all who graduated~ esp j&p. Thanks my mama who came alone to watch my graduation ceremony. ily~ hope I will treat you better. :]

Emptiness

Today a sudden emptiness filled my heart. No mood. Lazy ._. . Suddenly puzzled by life, the people we meet, the choices we make, the path we walk and the things we went through. So much, so overwhelming.

A line across

Life and death is just a line across. You don't know which day is the last day you can see this beautiful world. You don't know if you can open your eyes to see the sun again the next morning. One second you can be well, the next, you won't know what will happen.

And because of such changeability of life, the more we should treasure the time we have now. Forgive those whom you've not forgiven. Love those who are hard to love, before you no longer can. Smile at strangers and brighten up their day.

Why am I saying all these? 'Cos today I saw my friends' post in fb: In remembrance of... Apparently they have this friend in common, and this guy passed away. So I went to the guy's fb page. It is filled with words of encouragement, asking him to wake up from his coma. I looked all the way back and found out that this guy was still well and awake on 30 April. Only half a month has passed, and he is gone.

Who knows such a thing will happen? "If we had known...we would have..."; forget about this.

Live with no regrets and be thankful that you are still alive and breathing today.

Life, ...

Life has been so occupied. I can hardly breathe. Am I stressed? I don't know. But at least I get enough sleep everyday...which is what I need to destress, to find the peace which I need, to have some solitary time all to myself, to rest my eyes from the constant staring at computer. Oh well, but I haven't done any mock up layout for the free lance job that I supposedly am interested in doing. Have no time.

After moving house, and after converting to full time, this plus that, most part of my awaking time is spent on travelling, preparing, and work. hardly got the time to do a layout. Hmm, actually I do have the time, if I sacrifice my sleep...just a little. But right now my sleep is SOOOO important to me that I can't bear to miss it.

Going Batam this Saturday. Yet I'm so not excited...so not ready. Cos I'm gonna have less time to rest, and miss the voting, miss mother's day, miss seeing my mum, miss church. But I'm glad I don't have to stay at my aunt's house. Still not used to the constant disturbance. I'm so used to being alone at home and having the whole house to myself, that I find it hard to adapt.

Hope August and September comes fast. =/

Design Show

Faces & Emotions

So today is the official first day of this year's Design Show. Won't say my works are good... but I can say for sure some of theirs are :]. Checked my results just now and was quite surprised by the GPA I got. Expected something below 3. Really thankful for the results...I know I don't deserve it at all. :]

Next step after Design Show 2011, is to pack and move house. I will miss sengkang, the long road I always walk, the piece of big grass field where I jogged, the cooling wind at night and many other things. But it's okay. I know.

Ant, Rock badger, Locust & Lizard

Friday(18 Mar '11) was my mum's birthday. Went out together with her, my sis and sis' bf. Ate @ Shabu Sushi at NEX. Watched Red Riding Hood. And cut the cake at home.
